These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 0ph platform, including all games, services, promotions, and account features. In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 By accessing the 0ph platform, creating an account, or using any 0ph service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use the 0ph platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming laws and PAGCOR regulations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
3.2 Jurisdiction. The 0ph platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 0ph makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
3.3 Legal Capacity. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to register or use 0ph.
3.4 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling platforms or who have been excluded by order of a regulatory authority are not eligible to register or use 0ph. If you are currently self-excluded and attempt to register, you must notify 0ph support immediately.
Age Verification: 0ph conducts age verification checks during registration and may request supporting documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage players will be immediately suspended and any deposited funds returned in accordance with applicable regulations.
4.1 To access the full range of 0ph services, you must register for an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process.
4.2 One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active 0ph account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 0ph will never request your password through any channel. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to 0ph support immediately.
4.4 KYC Verification. 0ph may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary for compliance purposes. Required documents may include a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
4.5 You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time is grounds for immediate account suspension.
5.1 Currency. All transactions on the 0ph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Amounts displayed on the platform are in PHP unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. 0ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.
5.3 Prohibited Funding Sources. Deposits funded by credit cards are not accepted on 0ph, in compliance with Philippine regulations prohibiting credit card use for gambling account funding. Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are not supported.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Standard processing times are as follows: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours; bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three (1–3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
5.5 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the 0ph cashier page and are subject to change. 0ph reserves the right to impose transaction limits at its discretion for compliance or security reasons.
5.6 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from third parties into your 0ph wallet, is prohibited.
6.1 0ph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each promotion page.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. 0ph reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players.
6.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been met. 0ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
7.1 Each game available on the 0ph platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics.
7.2 Random Number Generation. All 0ph games that rely on random outcomes use certified random number generators (RNGs). Return-to-player (RTP) rates for slot games are published on the respective game pages.
7.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during a game round, 0ph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's wallet. 0ph is not liable for losses arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
7.4 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must contact 0ph support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. 0ph's decision on disputed game results, following review of server-side logs, shall be final and binding.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 0ph platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:
8.2 0ph reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of this section, to void all associated bets and bonuses, and to withhold or recover any funds where legally permissible.
9.1 All content on the 0ph platform — including but not limited to the 0ph name, logo, game graphics, software, text, and design elements — is the intellectual property of 0ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 0ph platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 0ph content without prior written consent.
9.3 Any unauthorized use of 0ph intellectual property may result in account suspension and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.
10.1 0ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering for an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 0ph may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR, where required by law or regulation. 0ph will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11.2 Self-Exclusion. Any player may request self-exclusion from the 0ph platform at any time by contacting 0ph support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no new accounts may be registered.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 0ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
12.2 0ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 0ph wallet in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 0ph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
13.1 0ph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or through a prominent notice on the platform.
13.2 Amended terms take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the 0ph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall first be referred to 0ph's customer support team for informal resolution. 0ph aims to resolve all complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
