6.1 0ph does not sell your personal data. We may share your data with the following categories of recipients only to the extent necessary for the stated purpose:

• Regulatory authorities — PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and other Philippine government bodies, where required by law or regulation;
• Payment processors — GCash, Maya, and Philippine banking partners, solely to process your deposits and withdrawals;
• Identity verification providers — third-party KYC service providers engaged to verify your identity documents and age;

• Transaction records — retained for five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required by AMLA and PAGCOR regulations;

• Customer support communications — retained for two (2) years from the date of the last interaction;

9.3 0ph may need to verify your identity before processing a data subject request to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to unauthorized parties.

10. Data Security

10.1 0ph implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, or disclosure. These measures include:

• AES-256 encryption for data stored at rest;
• TLS 1.2 or higher encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the 0ph platform;
• Multi-factor authentication options for player accounts;
• Role-based access controls limiting staff access to personal data on a need-to-know basis;
• Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments of the 0ph platform;

10.2 While 0ph takes all reasonable steps to protect your personal data, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. 10.3 In the event of a personal data breach that poses a real risk to your rights, 0ph will notify affected players and the NPC within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, in accordance with NPC Circular 16-03.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

11.1 0ph reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable Philippine law, or regulatory requirements.

11.2 Material changes to this Policy will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their 0ph account and/or through a prominent notice on the platform, at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect.

11.3 The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the 0ph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.

11.4 If you do not agree to any amended Privacy Policy, you must cease using the 0ph platform and may request account closure by contacting 0ph support.
